homeowners in working within the association rules and regulations. They are not
intended to satisfy the legal requirement to provide HOA documents to perspective
home buyers.

The Articles of Incorporation legally establishes the Wexford Village II
Community Association

The CCR is subordinate to the Articles of Incorporation and detail specific
restrictions and regulations associated with home ownership in Wexford
Village II. It is this document that is the basis for architectural standards.

The ByLaws are subordinate to the CCR and dictate the day-to-day business
rules of the association including elections, officers,. and meetings.

The Architectural Guielines provide guidance to homeowners on matters
dealing with the exterior appearance and design of their home and lot.
These guidelines are approved by the Board of Directors and must be
followed whenever considering exterior alterations.

The Alteration Application form is used to request approval from the
Architectural Review Committee for proposed exterior alterations. Print the
form, fill in all required information, attach any additional diagrams,
pictures or documents, get your neighbors' signatures and submit the
application as described in the Architectural Guidelines.

The Approved Budget shows the association's planned expenditures for the
current year. This budget is approved by the Board of Directors.
