The Association Works for You

Wexford Village II Community Association, Inc. is made up of five standing committees
(Architectural Review, Building & Grounds, Crime Watch, Social, Nominating) and a Board
of Directors who are elected volunteer Wexford Village II residents that work to maintain
the quality of life of the community. While our Community Association is voluntary, we
invite you to join the Association (WXVII) to support your community. If you are an owner
of property within the community, you are also a member of the association. The three
members of the Board that serve and operate the Association are elected by the
membership during the annual meeting in mid June each year.

The Wexford Village II Community Association works to protect property values and
enable the subdivision to grow into a close knit community. Protecting the property
investment of all members of the Association is a priority for the Board of Directors. In
addition, the Association provides venues for families to interact with other families and
there are numerous opportunities within the Association for all members to take part in
the process and procedures for keeping the momentum of the Association moving
forward. You are invited to attend our general meetings and will also receive the WXVII
Home Front Newsletter.

Keeping the Lines of Communication Open

This site is a part of our endeavor to keep communication open and clear between the
Board of Directors and the membership. This site will serve our Association in a
numerous and positive ways by making important information available online, including:

informed and up-to-date as the Association works for all of us.
Maredith Management, Inc., is the company contracted by your Board of Directors to
manage the HOA. Their office hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 7:30am to
6:00pm and Thursday, 7:30am to 7:00 pm. You can reach them at (301) 843-8111, by

are located at 3352 Old Washington Road, Waldorf, MD 20602. All correspondence for
the Board or HOA, except assessment payments accompanied by a payment coupon,

The WXII Board welcomes any comments, questions, or suggestions and have also
developed this website as a tool to help inform you of association and community
activities. We will try to keep the information as current as possible and we hope that
you will return and visit the site often. We hope you will be happy in your new home and
will enjoy the neighborhood!
