::: Wexford Village II - 2009 Election Results :::

Elections were held during the Recall Meeting held on 30 June 2009 at the Waldorf
Jaycess. The results are shown below. We thank Mr Mark Thorn for his service to the
communitee and look forward to working with him to continue and improve Wexford
Village II.

NOMINATION FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: The floor was opened for nominations
with Mark Thorn, Denise Saunders-Thompson, Dan Zabecki, Susan Hockensmith and
Greg Walton being nominated. On motion duly made by Mr. Zabecki, seconded by Mr.
Thorn, and unanimously carried, the floor was closed for nominations.

ELECTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS. Voting took place by secret ballot as there
were three (3) positions available and five (5) nominations. As a result of a secret
ballot vote and as verified by Mr. Schneider (homeowner in attendance) Dan Zabecki,
Denise Saunders-Thompson, and Susan Hockensmith were elected to the Board of
Directors each for a one (1) year term.

ELECTION OF OFFICERS. Upon motion duly made by Mr. Zabecki, seconded by Ms.
Saunders-Thompson, and unanimously carried, the Election of Officers was as follows:
Dan Zabecki - President, Denise Saunders Thompson - Vice President, & Susan
Hockensmith - Secretary/Treasurer.
